Indirect use perferable, all instructions will be from a trained acupuncturist or Tuina practioner that has been formally trained in the use of Moxa. This is what Mansoor uses on himself and in the clinic. This is the most reasonable high grade moxa; I have partnered with a family that has been growing moxa for more then 200 years in Japan.

Artmesia or Mugwort is used to generate heat, it can be used in a number of ways. This will promote heat and will help with relaxation and general wellness. Instructions will come from Mansoor throughout the in person sessions.
